Home Sweet Home with the Sedas: March 2014

Eleven months...where has the time gone? It seems like only yesterday I was holding a six pound little baby girl. Now, my "baby" is almost three times that! I know one thing for sure, I have enjoyed every second of the last eleven months of my life...mainly because of this little life.

This month I have let up a little on my blogging, it seems like our life has been somewhat of a whirlwind. A lot has happened, for one BIG thing...I signed a contract for my first REAL job! So, we are now looking for a home, finally! We are busting at the seams of our little condo. I know one thing for sure, our new home will have a big play room for our little one. :)

11 Month Milestones

Itsy Bitsy -- As you will see below, girlfriend is still on the small side. Every time we make a little headway, a cold will make us take two steps back. But, I think we are back on the upswing. She also only has two teeth still, so once we get a few more, I think that will help too! She is definitely a snacker (like her mama, who is like her mama). She still loves mangos, but has added a few more favorites (Cuties, ice cream, and of course, CHEESE PUFFS!) We have figured out that these are the key to getting through an entire church service, ha! As for clothes, she is now wearing 9 month PJs and clothes for the most part, but we still wear 6 month outfits on occasion. We are STILL in a size 3 diaper, talk about the gift that has kept giving!

Night Night -- Well, we might hit a year without sleeping through the night...but on a good night it is atleast "only" ONE night time feed.

Polly Parrot -- We have quite the little mimic now! She is really good at copying simple syllables like "NI NI" when we go "Night Night" and "Ya Ya" when she we agreeing.

More firsts -- Unfortunately, we had a few more less desirable firsts this month. For one, it was not just one, but a BILATERAL ear infection. She was a trooper though, with a little antibiotics, she was back to her happy self. She also had her first diaper rash. Whew, this has been a hard month, but we are all better now and moving on to better days!
