This is our 2nd year to celebrate Easter at our home. We had a great time playing (and playing)...eating (and more eating)...and most of all, being thankful that we have a Savior in Jesus Christ who rose to give us eternal life.
We did a little baking before the weekend. I don't bake often, but when I do, I have good help!
We did a little Easter Egg coloring...
Can you say MESS-Y!
Whew, Maddie is very neat, but that dye is hard to get off your fingers! Robert had green fingers for a week. Next year I'm bringing home some gloves :)
Maddie was VERY particular.
Final product.
Maddie also had a school party and parade, what a fun week!
Yes, she is eating the cookie she helped me make for breakfast, ha...some days I just need to get out the door on time to start an early case.
But, each day she knew what the weekend held!
We started off Friday night with some yummy stack ups that Kaimi made. We were then fueled up for lots and lots of this...

Sweet Girls.
While the boys went fishing...we girls took care of stuffing and hiding the eggs!
What good helpers!
All smiles!
Getting ready to hunt!
Ha, notice...picture 1, tongue out...
Can you find the group copy cat?
That's more like it!
Lots of giggle to be had...
As my Daddy always says, "Apple doesn't fall far from the tree." ;)
Nothing like an afternoon drive in the convertible.
All dressed up and the best place to go...
My favorite girls in the world.
Our little family.
These babies love their Nana and Papa.
Where does time go?
Easter 2015
When everybody left, Maddie had a very good nap and then we woke to make some play-doh pizza, what a blessed weekend!
Feeding the ducks.
Last weekend we got a little warm up on Easter egg hunting at church...
This smile, oh this smile. I am smitten.
Maddie loves Makayla and Brayden!
Well, I cannot correct the format on these next three, but I couldn't delete that little cheese, so I think it is worth the old side tilt of your head to check them out!
We didn't come out with many eggs last weekend, but we were happy with what we got, and that is what matters, right?!
Happy Sunday!
