The end of May and early June proved that this little chica needed a rain coat! For a little while I was beginning to think we lived in Seattle.
Proud of her new raincoat.
Rainy days called for lots of being cooped up. Last weekend we were thankful for an indoor trampoline birthday party! We celebrated Allie's 3rd birthday in the AM.
Popcorn and Chicken nuggets, yes please!
Trying out the Tornado Tube with Daddy!
Despite what the above looks like, she loved it. When I saw her, I immediately opened the door to get her out, but she promptly told me to close it so she could continue!
Party number two...clouds cleared! We headed to Bicentennial Park in Southlake for Taylor's 4th birthday.
Girlfriend did great on the zipline!
Daddy liked the park, too!
Maddie and Allie LOVED this swing, they were on it for an hour! Ryan wanted in on the fun, too.
My little Sunday Sweetness.
That Daddy is one lucky man.
Where's Maddie?!
Ah-HA!
Monday was her first "Splash-day" at school. This lasts through the summer, they go each Monday dressed in their bathing suit and get to play out in the sprinklers. Maddie LOVED it!
Silly girl.
Showing off her bathing suit and new swim shoes.
It was a hard week, Robert had to be at work all week early so I had both drop off and pick up duty. BUT, on this day, Maddie got to sleep in and eat breakfast at home with me. Yes, she had special requests (toast, bacon, yogurt, and cereal). Talk about breakfast of champions.
Even had time for a few puzzles.
How I love this girl.
Somebody finally got some Native shoes, she loves them!
Celebrating Daddy's promotion at work at Saltgrass. Here's looking at the new Dallas Office DivisionLeader, we are so proud of him!
Maddie insisted on TWO pigtails on this night.
He had long days this week and she did not see him as much...she has not been able to get enough of him this weekend!
First gymnastics class! She LOVED it!
She tried her best to do everything they asked her to do.
She would always look over to make sure we were watching. :)
Last night Calvin came to visit, shame on me that I did not snap a picture. He brought his new wife, Tran and their new baby, Carmen to visit before he graduates fellowship in Dallas. They will be moving to Houston soon. It was so good to see them. Maddie loved baby Carmen, she was very sweet to her.
Some fresh green beans Melissa picked for me!
Robert grilling the rib-eyes!
And what better way to end than with a few Sunday smiles!
