We certainly have a LOT to celebrate...good food, good company, and most of all, this little angel. We celebrated Madelyn's FIRST birthday and everything was absolutely perfect. The day was spent with the people who love her more than anything in the world...so she was made to feel the little princess that she is.

I wanted the table to be a little girl-y...I think we managed to pull it off! A lot of the stuff I used to decorate I actually already had...so it was very sentimental. The dress form was at her baby shower...and sits in her room to this day. If she will let me, I will keep it there until she is 18! (I just pray she likes pink as much as her mama and Katie-bell!) A lot of the flowers on the table she wore during her newborn photo shoot.

How I love this girl, the look in her eyes at this moment, priceless. This is the look that makes waking up in the middle of the night multiple times for the last year more than worth it.

We could not have asked for a more perfect baby. We thank God daily for giving us His angel to watch over on this earth. Here's to many more birthdays celebrating this beautiful child.
Oh Angela! What a sweet princess you have. She is gorgeous. Those eyes are just too much for me to handle. Happy birthday sweet girl.
