Well, 2015 has hit with a bang! I sure am glad that one of my New Year's resolutions was not to do a better job at keeping up with blogging or else I would have already failed miserably. Sometimes, I honestly do well just to avoid having a frozen meal for dinner. BUT, I am still good at taking pictures...so I just let them fester in my phone a while until the cuteness seeps out and I have to share the love! So yet again, another monthly phone dump. I will try to my to remember any interesting stories as they so prompt me along the way, no promises.
This past month, Maddie's little personality has exploded. She is quite the little cuddler/helper/explorer!

Maddie loves animals. She still loves Boo the best...but Margot (the turtle my nurse made for her) has become a close second.
She is still our little early bird. Here she is after waking at 0500.

She has gotten to where she loves posing for the camera. Yes, this was a photo shoot that same AM. Yes, lots gets done when you have two extra hours in the day. Too bad her mommy's charts didn't get done like planned that AM!
This was early January, right before the tree was about to come down...I think this was her first time to actually touch the tree! She hated the prickly branches! Lucky me!

And yes, she can now FINALLY wear pig tails, well, barely. But it counts! And believe me, there are days when she wants not one, but TWO bows.

I would like to say all school mornings are happy days...but let's face it, this is the real world...and some days, you just don't want to go to school. But sweetheart, that perfect attendance won't come with that attitude!
Weekend Fun! It had been too long since we had seen our sweet Covington Cousins...so this Saturday we met up to play the day away. God blessed us with a beautiful sunny day to enjoy...and as always, this family to love.

Someone decided to skip her/our Sunday afternoon nap. Until we decided to take a family cruise to Sonic. Great, a nap at 1730...this should make for an interesting bed time.
Robert had a work trip today through Tuesday, so I had better get to bed soon just in case this little sleeping beauty decides to wake up soon. I will leave you with a month collage of my early AM peeks...
