The Fall is coming to its Finale, insert sad face, though I do love the Christmas holidays as well, so I am torn.
Maddie's last Primrose Costume parade.
She was a butterfly fairy this year. Last year she was a witch, she chose it herself. This year I started early working on a compromise! It may be my last to get a vote on the whole thing.
Hazel (aka Moana), Lauren (aka Ana), and Madelyn (Butterfly Fairy)
These three are inseparable I hear at school.
Last soccer game of the year (in 20 degree weather)
Daddy hugs, that makes everything warmer.
Last team huddle.
Robert was given a gift card to Outback for his efforts this season (I think I get to reap those rewards as well;) )
Haloween 2017 -- Trunk or Treat at Legacy Church of Christ
Poor Maddie had a cold that day and was not quiet herself, you can see it in the lack of sparkle in her little eyes. But she did not want to miss it for sure.

Headed out we were.
No, I did not get off work, this was part of my costume for the operation game!
The new game this year, PLINKO! Robert and Matt outdid themselves this year .
I'm still partial to Operation though.
We headed to a few trunks ourselves, but Maddie did not feel great and wanted to head back and man the operation game.

Sweet friends.
Break time!
Maddie's turn at PLINKO
Maddie has always LOVED Makayla.
Our Crew.
Halloween 2017
Well this year was an interesting Halloween. It was on a work night and I ended up getting off pretty late. Robert was out of town for work and Nana was in the hospital. So all things did not point to a successful Halloween. There was also forecast of 90% rain and cold weather. BUT, the stars aligned. I got off work, Papa picked up Maddie from day care and helped get her ready and we were out the door by dark...with BEAUTIFUL fall weather.

Papa and candy, cannot beat that night!
This girl was on a mission this year.
SUCCESS!
Halloween 2013
What?! Where did my baby girl go? But, I have her word for it, she "will always be my baby".

Last of the Pumpkin smiles for the year.
I spy THREE Boos in this picture, do you?!
Fairwell my beloved Fall.
Our trip to ICE! at the Gaylord.
We also took family pictures already.
A sneak peak...now if that smile isn't contagious I am not sure what is.
You know Christmas time is coming when we pull out the Christmas PJs!
PJ day at Primrose.
She finished up her turkey to take in.
And then begins the holiday decorating! We had a good little helper this year. She gets better and better let me tell you.
But, when you could not find her, we knew where to look.
HOME TOUR 2017
My favorite little thing in red is front and center.
Be still my heart.
Whew! I always need a year to forget the pain of it all. I love it when it's up, but, not so much getting it there! That 12 foot tree is a doozie.
The Hearth.
The "beloved" tree. This year we caved and got a new one, we figured it best for our marriage...and Robert's sanity with the lights.
Maddie got impatient waiting on us to pick up the mess from the living room, so she said would do hers by herself.
Take 1.
Hmmm, that's a little better.
First Pictures with the new decor.
Headed to Comanche for Thanksgiving! Packing lightly as you can tell.
"Reunited and it feels so good!"
Mom has been feeling better, nothing to be more thankful for.
Hey, we did not get the memo on matching shirts!
The Guys.
Whew, lots and lots of food, means good napping.
Will and Caden.
Full tummies mean PJ time!
Sweet Grant kisses.
The Guys spend LOTS of time hunting, but they did not come home empty handed.
A little outtake.
Park time.
Helping get Thanksgiving lunch ready. The Turkey Friers.
A little This and That from the weekend.
You know, bones and carcasses, all the usual stuff.

and braids.
These girls were proud of their french braids from Aunt K.
When her cousins left, she took a 2 hour nap and then slept one more hour just like this. And this mama soaked in EVERY single second of it.
Well, we better rest up, we have lots to look forward to this upcoming month, get ready for picture overload!
