Day 3 – Sunset Key Cottages in Key West, Florida
We didn’t waste anytime getting out the beach.
Exploring the island.
Maddie is chief navigator let me tell you.
She spotted a crane!
We found lots of seashells!
She not only has a wrapped around her little finger, she has the crane in her hand ;)
Loving the views.
The boat that takes you to and from the island. It leaves every half hour.
Another crane shot.  I loved watching them and the pelicans, so beautiful
 Pool time!
We had this pool to ourselves quite a bit.
And that's my pride and joy.How I enjoy this child of mine. Words will never do it justice.
Relaxing was the name of the game.
Pool/hot tub/pool it was.
All that sun made us hungry!
Dinner date.
Sunset view.
My favorite picture of all time. She looks at me so much like this, I often want to freeze time in those moments, and here it is.
We did NOT follow our diets on this trip :)

Day 4
Repeat the above
Day 5
Waiting on our ship to take us back to the Main land.
We hired a private photographer to capture the moment ;)
Home bound!
Well, our time was precious. I would say it was definitely a trip of quality not quantity as it was pretty short overall… but the time we had was just about perfect.
As for Key West, we saw it, it was interesting. But the beach is really limited. So while we did find a little sliver of heavenly delight I would say the majority of what we saw while looking around was mainly Musgrove like areas with beach views only. No hotels other than the ones we were at had much beach at all. So am I glad we went, yes, but it will likely not be a frequent flier for us like our beloved WaterColor resort in Florida.
Sad to leave! Here's to our next vacation!
