November 2016

November, how could the end of the year be here so quick?

What I love about November:  the crisp fall mornings, the leaves turning, and the time of the year that we are reminded to be thankful for the blessings in our lives.

I am thankful for this little girl, the light of my life.  She truly is my answered prayer.  I always prayed for a cuddly, loving little girl, and God gave me her.

Maddie gets sweeter with time.  She loves to be loved...and loves to love.
She loves to cuddle and to hold hands.

I pray that her heart only grows with her.
She also loves to be comfy...and to pose.

...and to put on lip gloss.

I am thankful for work...and eventhough I leave most mornings before the sun now rises, I am grateful for the mornings that I get to eat breakfast at home with this little cutie.

I am thankful for early morning help.

and for sweet love notes left behind for me.
I am thankful for this little Turkey...and the sweet art that now fills my refrigerator.

I am thankful for Day Light Savings time to be gone...and for my new wooden shutters that make weekend nap time a slice of heaven on Earth.
Can I get an Amen, Maddie?
I am thankful for PJ days at school that happen to fall on my OR day so it makes getting out the door on time that much easier for atleast one day.

I am thankful for laundry?? What?!  Yes, I am grateful these little ruffles.  I am grateful for our little Katie who shares her hand me downs.
I am thankful for lazy Saturday afternoons with the ones I love.
I am thankful for the love of this man.
I am thankful for rainbows, where God tells us He will endure the storms with us.

I am thankful for road trips to Nana and Papa's house.
I am thankful for sweet cousins that fill the halls with laughter.

I am thankful for the great outdoors.

I am thankful to celebrate one more year with this man, the man who will always be my Daddy, but who is now also our Papa.

I am thankful for snuggle time.
I am thankful for an almighty God in Heaven who listens to prayers and for the knowledge that he can cure all things.
I am thankful for the healing power of hugs and love.

I am thankful that God gives me more than I could ever deserve, and most of all, I have the hope and promise of eternal salvation.

Happy November!
