Happy Father's Day 2017

I have a lot to celebrate on this occasion.

This man...my whole life how I have adored him.  My dearest Daddy.

How I thank him for showing me the love a Daddy, the work ethic of a dairyman, and the kindness of Jesus.
I love these top row pictures, they sum up life in general...how years can pass, but love can grow just like we do.
Dancing with the man who will always be the first man to have my heart.
And one more Daddy that I have to celebrate.  I am so grateful that Maddie gets to know the love of good Daddy.
These three just make me smile looking at them.
We spent the weekend at home.
Maddie worked very hard on her card for her Daddy.  It had to be JUST right let me tell you.  I had to ready about 20 cards at the store to make sure it was to her liking! That kid.  By #10, I was definitely paraphrasing them! She also had her own ideas on what to get him at Academy.
 "Close your eyes, Daddy!"

Poor Robert ended up doing a lot of yard work, but we did take a break and head to a Rangers game.
We have hit one per year pretty much...look how my baby has grown.
Walking in, it was HOT!

Nothing like a little Bluebell icecream on a hot summer day at a baseball game.

Ha, this girl found her slice of Heaven at the Ranger game!

Donuts with Daddy at school...which also happened to fall on Splash Day, What. A. Day!

Hmmm, wonder who Maddie looks like?!

Yes, Maddie, you can be a superhero like your Daddy.

Someone is excited to head to Zoe's for Father's Day Dinner!

That Daddy got lots of kisses from Maddie all weekend.  I was starting to get jealous.

School shots from the week.

A little throwback Thursday.

 Her new favorite pose.

 Splash Day.

Breakfast with Boo..in the bathtub, ha.
 Yes, her new favorite pose.

This came up on my Facebook Feed...June 23.  Our official move in date 3 years ago.  How time has flown.  We love this place called home.

Well, it's off to play the day away...hopefully in PJs since it has been pouring rain since 3am.
