You might be an only child if...

1.  You still need your Mommy to put you down to bed each night.

2.  You require a glass of warm milk to fall asleep.

3.  You ask that your feet are rubbed as you do #1 and #2 above.

4.  All of the above are then followed by a back rub.

5.  Your nickname is "Safety Sue" because you ask that your grapes be cut in half to prevent choking. And notice the one that got missed, even if it smaller than a pea.

6.  Two SETS of eyes must be on you at ALL times, forget eyes, you need two people in the floor playing with you at all times.

7.  Your favorite quote is "Three peas in a pod."

My little one and only.  My heart runneth over. You complete us.

   

  

  

Each night as I lay next to my angel, listening to her breath, rubbing her sweet little feet, feeling the soft airs of the fan against my face as I try to hold my eyes open from a long day (and never succeed for long) I often think of the quote that tops all about childhood:

"The days are long but the years are short"

So so true.  

But I truly love each stage even more than the last.  How I miss my baby, but how I love my current baby even more.
