For anyone who knows me well, you know that I am a big James Taylor fan...and this is one (well, one of many) of my favorite songs of his.  So, if you are looking for me on an early Monday morning, you can find me doing what I love, where I love...no doubt listening to this.
This title hit me out of the blue for this weekend's post.
Yes, "How sweet it is to be loved by you."
She tells me, "I will always be your baby, even when I am 5."  Oh, if you only knew child how you melt my heart.  But I was thinking more along the lines of 95.
Working on her first true homework assignment.
She had to fill in and draw different ways to use fresh water.  She was insistent that ALL 10 boxes had to be filled.  That's my girl, we always look for the extra credit don't we?!
Showing it off the next morning.
We practice nightly at home.  We write names, things, food, you name it.  She has about 5 names down with no help on the spelling.
We have letters down, but we are still working on numbers.  The curves are a little more of a challenge.
Look, even the accent made it!
These are a little harder, but with some help she did it!
"Daddy" is now for beginners.  We are going for full names.
Some weekday school shots.
Thumbs up for Tuesdays!
Yay for Thursdays when someone gets to wake up later and eat at home!
Happy Friday!  AND, Happy St. Patrick's Day.  Which, by the way, I have never celebrated a day in my life.  I cannot even tell you what the holiday is for. But, hey, any excuse to wear a cute green dress is worth a celebration to us!
The night before, she said, I need to go pick out something green to wear...she picked about 5 outfits out and this was the winner.  It was sunny and 75 this year, perfect!
Speaking of green, no one pinched us on Friday!
Oh, you know, just another night at the Seda household.  Daddy getting fed ice cream with sprinkles.
 Saturday Shenanigans.
89 for the high!
 Twin pony tails...well, almost.
Scoping out the flowers for the year.  We say a big cow in the garden!  We came out empty handed, I am a little afraid our little Snowflake might get into them!
 Speaking of the little rascal.
Headed for a little Saturday bath.  Enjoying the A/C, completely in the dark of what lies ahead.
Robert had some good help let me tell you.
Bahahaha.  I LOVE this picture of Maddie.  This is her personality through and through.
 See, good help.
Snowflake did so good, she sat there the entire time like an angel.  But, she's a BIG dog, with LOTS of thick hair.  It took longer to dry her hair than mine!  Whew.  Petco is a 10th of the cost as the mobile groomer.  But, we may alternate times with letting the mobile van come.  :)
She earned her name rites back...white as a snowflake again!
We also restained the swingset again.  Well, by "we", I mean Robert.  You can actually barely see him here in the picture.  Maddie and I enjoyed the sunny day and pointed out missed spots. ;)
I'm usually not one for memes, but recently if I see one that sticks with me I save it.  This one stuck with me this week.  Amen sister.
