A little Life Lately.

After a looooong week, we were glad for the weekend to start here!  

A little Friday night Fever in the Seda household.

Easter Egg hunt at school.  

She wanted to take the Easter basket her Titi made her for her party!  It was so cute, but there is still glitter in my car from this thing!

I was a little annoyed at ol' Primrose, they had the thing at 10 am mid week.  Listen Primrose, our child is in daycare for a reason, those mid day parties are hard to catch, ugh.  

Here's to next year and better planning. 

 Someone got to choose her favorite book to take to school for show and tell this week. Daddy did good, her remembered to get it all done Monday AM when he was in charge of drop op.

 Her new dress Aunt K got her.  She wore it on this day...and woke the next day wanting to wear it again, literally.

 Sometimes, I have to wake my early bird.  When I saw that little bobo in the air, I could not resist snapping a shot.  She still is my baby.

One day this week, when I was working late and missed bed time, I got this sweet shot.  Made my night for sure.

 Some Mommies make Saturday breakfast, me on the other hand, well, I swing by Dunkin Donuts on my way home from rounding and have breakfast ready before any one knows I was missing.  :)  

 Maddie's favorite books for the moment.  Yep, a blog book and Chat book with pictures of none other than my favorite.  She is so funny.  "It's me...and me...and me again!"

Getting ready for gymnastics, someone has a matching friend!  Maddie then said, "Mommy, you need one!"  Just what I want, spandex leotard, haha.

Cloudy days call for Candyland!  Life has come full circle, this was my favorite game growing up! 

  

 All is good until you draw the peppermint and go from winning to losing in one turn.

 Let's guess who ended up winning.   This dance lasted long enough for me to get my phone and take these pictures without her even noticing!

  And even better, the laundry is done and so is the shopping.  I took this because there is nothing I love more than seeing a full fridge with a bowl of grapes in it.  Every time I see it I think of coming home from college and Mom would have a big bowl of fresh fruit waiting on us!  Nothing like fresh fruit when you have lived the week on frozen dinners. 

It's funny how the smallest things stay with you forever.

 Ahhh, look at that smile.  Who could tell we spent 15 minutes crying when we could no wear our sparkle boots to church this AM.  Whew, I may have my work cut out for me in the years ahead!
